Tallahassee, FL – October 7, 2019 - Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A. CPAs, a professional accounting, assurance, and tax services firm headquartered in Tallahassee, congratulates Nick Gilpin and Jorge Rivera on their promotions to Manager in the Tax Services Department. 

Nick Gilpin joined THF in 2014 and has over five years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services.  Having a broad foundation in various fields, Nick’s primary focus and professional development has been concentrated on THF’s large corporate clients, predominately within the insurance industry.  Nick received his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting with a focus in taxation from Florida State University.

Jorge joined THF in 2017 and has over ten years of experience in public accounting working with small and midsize companies.  His career began with auditing nonprofits, HOAs, and small businesses before moving to a tax compliance focus.  Jorge received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Gulf Coast College and his master’s degree in business administration from Florida Southern College.

Nick and Jorge are both Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and members of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
