 Orlando, FL, March 3, 2020 – Morrison Valuation and Forensic Services, LLC, has integrated into accounting firm, Rosenfield and Company, PLLC. This merger continues Rosenfield’s expansion of their Consulting practice, specifically within their Business Advisory Services Team. This team will primarily focus on the services of Forensic Accounting, Business Valuations and Litigation Support. Robert B. Morrison, ASA BV/IA and his team of experts, Paul M. Dumm, CPA/ABV/CFF, CFE, Shivam N. Jadeja, CPA/CGMA, ASA, CFE, and Alexander Dokuchaev, MSA, CFE joined the Rosenfield team in their Orlando office as of January 1, 2020.

Robert (Bob) founded Morrison Valuation and Forensic Services in 2011, establishing the firm as a strong leader in the local industry. He has over 10 years of experience in private industry
corporate accounting and finance, as well as almost 30 years providing valuation, forensic, and litigation consulting services. Bob earned the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation in Business Valuation and the Intangible Asset appraisal specialty (BV/IA) from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and is the former International President of the ASA. He holds a master’s degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Paul became Director of Morrison Valuation and Forensic Services in 2012, after spending nine years as a Valuation and Forensic Services Manager for RSM McGladrey LLP. In addition to
being a CPA, he holds accreditations as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) to further support his work in business valuation and forensic accounting. Paul earned his master’s in taxation from the University of Central Florida.

Shivam is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser and holds CPA and CFE certifications, as well as a designation as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Prior to joining Morrison Valuation & Forensic Services in 2012, he served as an accountant for Holiday Inns Worldwide and performed Financial Planning and Analysis for Lightning Science Group Corporation. Shivam earned his master’s in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.

Alexander (Alex) interned at Lockheed Martin, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Morrison Valuation & Forensic Services before joining the Morrison team full-time as an analyst. He earned
his master’s in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. He is also a credentialed CFE.
