Saltmarsh Wins Marketing Achievement Award for Commitment to ServiceFirm Honored by the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) with Marketing Achievement Award for Commitment to Service & Corporate Social ResponsibilityTAMPA and PENSACOLA, Fla. (June 15, 2020) – We are proud to announce that Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund was presented with its first Marketing Achievement Award by the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM). AAM’s Marketing Achievement Awards recognize outstanding achievement in accounting marketing, awarding firms that find effective and innovative ways to connect with clients and prospects. Saltmarsh won the coveted “We AAM to Serve” Award in recognition of their “Road to 1,944 Service Hours” campaign in 2019, which challenged the firm’s 150-employees located across the country to contribute 1,944 hours of service to charities, non-profits and other worthy organizations in celebration of the firm’s 75th Anniversary. The yearlong community-focused campaign focused on supporting the missions of 108 different service organizations, including many of the firm’s own clients. By mid-September, the team had surpassed their 1,944-hour milestone and continued to dedicate 2,306 hours of service, 362 hours past the original goal in honor of the firm’s founding year, 1944. “Service has always been at the core of our business, and it was truly an honor to give back in our communities and bring greater awareness to the needs and organizations working to make a difference,” said Lee Bell, President. “Our creative marketing team, Jayme Terrell and Nancy Patton took our passion for service and amplified it brilliantly.” “I continue to be impressed with our team as a result of their enthusiasm for service and am incredibly proud of our marketing team who tells our story so well,” concluded Bell. |
