Joe Van Zile, the City of Clermont’s finance director retired in December and was recognized for his service by the city’s manager, mayor and council during a recent council meeting. He earned the Certificate of Achievement for Financial Reporting for 31 consecutive years and managed the city’s $148.3 million annual budget.
