BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation’s leading accounting and advisory organizations, announced that Paul Davison has joined BDO’s Jacksonville office, relocating from the firm’s Columbus, Ohio office.

Paul brings more than 28 years of experience in public accounting, including 14 years as a partner. During that time, he has developed a breadth of experience leading public and large private company audits.

Paul has significant experience with a wide range of financial statement reporting matters, including registration statement filings, merger consummations, and interim and annual reporting requirements. Additionally, he possesses an extensive background in complex accounting matters, including business combinations, restructuring, complex stock-based compensation matters, derivative financial instruments, and significant litigation matters. From an industry standpoint, Paul helps middle-market manufacturers, consumer products and retail companies solve complex business and operational problems. He has held an International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) certification since 2012.
